3. Return Shipping and Restocking Fee: Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item. Scentjunction will not be held liable for any lost or damaged return shipments.
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items. This fee covers processing, inspection, and restocking expenses incurred by Scentjunction.
4. Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after the return is processed, subject to availability. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of the exchanged item.
5. Non-Returnable Items: For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to, opened or used fragrance oils, personalized products, and clearance items.
